Ricks House

The Ricks House is a four bedroom and three bath house with the capacity to sleep 12 guest.   There is an open floor plan kitchen, living room, and dining area.  The living room has a TV with cable and sound system.  The kitchen has a microwave, toaster and coffee pot.  There is a bath downstairs off the living area. The house has a washer & dryer, located in the master bathroom on the first floor.  Other features include a screened porch facing the water, a nice private pier with a boat stall, and a large paved parking area on the street side of the house.

Second floor:

• Bedroom 3 - Full size bed

• Bedroom 4 - Full size bed

• Loft area - sleeping 4 children
