When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM

Check-out is by 10:00 AM

Early arrivals and late departures may be available at times when we do not have another reservation.


Are linens, towels and toiletries provided?

Guests must bring their own linens, bath towels and toiletries. The bed sizes are provided in the details for each property.


When is payment due?

Full payment is due upon check-in.

What are preferred forms of payment?

Cash and checks accepted for payment.

What is the cancellation policy?

Notice of cancellation must be in writing and can be done via email. If the property can be re-rented, your deposit payment is refundable minus $50 processing fee. If the property is unable to be rented, no refund will be provided.


What happens to my security deposit after check-out?

The security deposit will be refunded by mail once you have checked out and we have inspected the property for damage. We will roll-over the security deposit to the following year to hold your reservation, if requested.

Are there any pet friendly rentals?

No pet friendly rentals, unfortunately.
