Welcome to The Bourne House—a spacious and inviting two-story lakefront retreat perfect for families and groups, comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests. Conveniently located just off Hwy 701, the home offers easy access and plenty of parking for everyone in your group.

Inside, you’ll find five well-appointed bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, thoughtfully arranged to provide both comfort and privacy. The first floor features two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and one with a twin—along with a shared full bathroom. Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms, including two with full beds and a primary bedroom with a queen bed and private half bath. A loft area with a sofa bed provides extra sleeping space for two, along with a full bathroom and a cozy sitting area with a TV.

The main living space is designed for gathering and relaxation, offering multiple sitting areas to suit every mood. Enjoy your favorite shows in the TV lounge, unwind in a seating area overlooking the lake and private pier, or come together around the large dining table with benches—perfect for meals, games, and making memories. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and barstool seating, making it easy to cook and entertain. Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer and a gas grill for outdoor cooking.
