The Kinlaw House comfortably sleeps 6 guests across three bedrooms, each featuring a cozy queen bed. For larger groups, additional sleeping space is available with plush couches and four built-in recliners (plus one standalone recliner), accommodating an extra 2–5 guests.

Inside, you'll find two full bathrooms — one with a shower/tub combination and the other with a walk-in shower — making it easy for everyone to get ready for a day on the lake.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a glass-top stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and plenty of space to prepare meals. Gather around the large dining table with seating for eight, plus two additional counter seats, perfect for shared meals and game nights.
