This charming one-story home is ideal for a small group, single family, or as an add-on to a nearby property if you need a little extra space or privacy. With its warm, inviting atmosphere and convenient lake access, the Faircloth House offers everything you need for a laid-back stay by the water.

This cottage comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature queen beds, while the third offers twin beds — perfect for kids or additional guests. One of the queen bedrooms also includes a private half bath, and the home features an additional full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Enjoy peaceful mornings and relaxing evenings on the screened-in porch, a perfect spot to take in the lake air without the bugs. Outside, you’ll find a charcoal grill for classic cookouts and a boat lift for easy days out on the water.

Parking is convenient and plentiful, with space for 3–5 vehicles, including spots beside the home and under the carport.

The Faircloth House is also dog-friendly, so your four-legged family members are welcome to join the fun. Off-season rentals are available, making it a great option year-round.
